Editting M-COFFEE results

Hi folks

I was wondering if people had any experience with M-COFFEE.

I'm planning to align thousands of MSAs and was planning to use the output of M-COFFEE to eliminate regions with bad alignment.

Seems like M-COFFEE outputs either a html or clustalw format and I was wondering if there was any good way to filter for example sequences with scores less then 80?

Thanks for reading!

Seems like I'm answering my own question but for people who would want to know in the future it seems like you can use the same method as T-COFFEE to filter the results.
