Are level2 and leval3 from TCGA perfect correlated?
Hi everyone,
I am working on TCGA now. I met some questions.
1. Did level2 and level3 data perfect correlate.?
2. What's the different between the data got at 2011 and current data? Did these data get from the same batch for blood sample?
