NCBI blast PHP API choice
Hello.
I want to program a web application, based on PHP language. One of its features, will be the ability to send data and receive results to/from ncbi's server and then analyze them with other methods.
So i would like to ask your opinion on which PHP API to use, for the blasting part.

Try BLASTphp, a PHP wrapper for NCBI BLAST URL API.
