I am trying to convert bigWig file toTDF or count just like I have successfully used Bam file. The bigWig file is out put of deep tools and can be visualized in IGV. When I use to TDf it throws error-

Error:Failed to Parse line1
Column (start Column +1) must be numeric Found: X

Any suggestion how to fix this or it is that Bigwig out put of deeptools is not compatible with IGV tools
