[Samtools] How many hours does it take to call SNPs and indels?

How long would it take to call SNPs and Indels with Samtools? I need to know approximately how many hours prior to submit the job to the server. Our reference genome is a mammals and our bam file is 70Gb.

I think it should take less than 6-7 hours but for the safer side I will use a limit of 18-24 hours.
