Tissue specific gene and housekeeping gene

friends I need to download up-regulated or down-regulated genes based on tissue specificity due to cancer (or any other specific condition). is there easy download place for this?

Try Cancer Gene Expression DataBase (CGED), it contains many tissues. and you can download rawdata from man tissues:

Breast cancer (molecular classification) [Zip]
Breast cancer (docetaxel response) [Zip]
Colorectal cancer [Zip]
Hepatocellular cancer [Zip]
Esophageal cancer [Zip]
Thyroid cancer [Zip]
Gastric cancer [Zip]
