I would like to know how to prepare the training data for LIBSVM library for a protein sequence? Example is shown below where K(ac) is Acetlyated Lysine and that would be my feature. Class label would be 1
TGGDTLEFHK(ac)FYK
The input format would be like this:
LABEL INDEX0:VALUE0 INDEX1:VALUE1 ... INDEXN:VALUEN
Please help?
