Make figures for SNP detected

Hey

I currently used varscan in order to detect the SNP for my 12 samples. and have 12 separate vcf file format for all the samples. Now i want to make some interesting figures showing snp detected in all samples. As i have to include in my research paper. What kind of figures can i make and how to make those?

You could run them through the Ensembl VEP to get visual summaries and tables of their consequences on genes, then you could view their positions in the genome compared to Ensembl genes and other features.
