Are you asking if they have cell-line/cell-type specific data to view? The answer is yes. A link to their ZENBU genome browser can be found here; you can add/remove certain datasets as tracks. While ZENBU works fine, for my use cases I prefer to use IGV for various reasons, including its flexibility. For example, you can load datasets on custom servers (ie iPlant Atmosphere) and it has integration with bedtools as well.
