pedigree analysis application
Hi, I am performing a pedigree analysis using the SOLOMON package in R, however, it does not deal with missing genotype very well. My data was generated with next generation sequencing, so there are quite a few missing genotypes. I am wondering if you can recommend some appropriate analytical tools to do the job.
