TRACE and LASER 2.0, tools for PCA, local ancestry substructure assessment, etc. were published in April of 2014 .. here is the wiki.

I am considering using TRACE and / or LASER on a dataset I have. How was your experience with it?

I am especially interested in input from folks who have used other similar programs in the past, and how LASER stacks up in your view.
