Where can bidirectionally sequenced amplicon data (i.e. 454) for intronic regions annotated for SNP positions in aligned files be found?
I looking for some very specific training data for machine learning. I'm aware that NCBI's dbSNP and UCSC Genome Browse has data for SNPs, but so far don't see anything that matches my specific requirements. I also tried looking at http://datadryad.org. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
