BioPlanet.com was built to engage the NGS informatics community specifically regarding the scope of tools that exist for primary and secondary analysis. We built the GCAT tool to help establish transparency and quantitative metrics to deciding on what tools to use, and we are constantly looking for feedback from users and how we can best develop and improve our offering!
