PhD candidate working in the Mosher Lab at The University of Arizona. Our lab studies RNA-directed DNA methylation. I have experience working with small RNA-seq, whole-genome bisulfite-seq, and RNAseq datasets. Additionally, I have experience with Python and R programming and data visualization.
