I am a computational biologist focusing on deciphering environmental interactions between humans and microbiota, in health or disease. My present research focuses on developing patient-specific treatment for chronic infections or inflammation through systems biology applications. I am especially interested in disseminating environmental stress responses between human hosts and their associated microbiome by characterizing gene expression (Bulk RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, Metatranscriptomics).
