I am Technical Leader at PRABI - Rhône-Alpes Bioinformatics core facility (http://www.prabi.fr) UCBL (UCBL Lyon 1).

My academic research is focused on pathogen/host interactions systems biology (http://virhostnet.prabi.fr) and high-throughput data analysis (NGS, microarray, MS, H/HRMAS NMR) for biomarkers and candidate genes discovery. My scientific approach is inspired by the emerging science 2.0 or big data-driven science and mainly relies on biological network integration through information systems development, graph theory and multivariate statistical analysis.
