I'm a fourth year phd student in Tromsø, Norway, working with de novo transcriptomics and genome/small RNA analyses on sea anemones (Cnidarians). My background is molecular biology, but I've been working in UNIX environment with NGS data since the beginning of my PhD. I also do some analyses in R.
