Projector 2 For Contig Alignment To Reference And Primer Design
Hi everyone,
i found a tool called projector 2 to align contigs to a reference and was wondering if anyone uses this software and how it fares to contiguator, as i wish to now fill in gaps within my sequence using sanger. Which one in your opinion would be better,
