Iam trying to use the server mode argument in QualitySNPng so that it runs in the Ubuntu command line. I don't want to use the Graphical Interface. I have tried using the command . ./QualitySNPng -servermode -config config.cfg ATG501.sam

but it does not work. I have set the parameter "server mode" in the config.cfg file to 1 , so that it gets enabled. But, it still does not work.

Kindly suggest ways to go about it.
