Analysis Of Cis-Regulatory Elements In Rice Genes Using Meme

I have a set of about 70 "rice" genes. I want to see if there are any cis-elements conserved in those 70 genes. I have extracted 1000bp upstream of the TSS using Biomart. Next, I am trying to run the online MEME tool on this set, how ever its giving an error regarding the maximum limit of characters that is allowed in the sequence. What other options can I try regarding such analysis ?
