I'm analyzing the subcellular localization of a certain protein subset across several different phytoplankton groups. I've used TargetP to get a baseline for all of them, but for diatoms I then tried to get a more accurate idea using ASAfind and Hectar. I was hoping to do something similar for green algae and found a paper on PredAlgo (https://academic.oup.com/mbe/article/29/12/3625/1006001). Unfortunately, the link to the actual program seems to be broken. Does anyone know if PredAlgo is still available or if it's been superseded by a newer localization tool?
