Hi, I'm a undergrad student working on a research project and my guide has asked me to use ImaGEO, specifically to get results that include the logFC value, but from my understanding ImaGEO doesn't report those values. If it helps, I ran the first iteration with effect size as the meta analysis method and chose random effect for effect size estimation (since the datasets i've used slightly differ in terms of platform). How do I run ImaGEO such that I get logFC values in my result? Also is it possible to derive logFC values from z values reported in the output? Thank you!!
