Statistical test for proportion values.
I am trying to perform deconvolution on my bulk data using single cell data as a reference. I am using tools like CIBERSORTx and BayesPrism. The results I got are compositional and in the form of proportions. I want to perform a statistical test on the deconvolution result to see the difference of each cell type in different conditions. Can anyone suggest what tests I can use? Total conditions are three with three sample each and I have 19 cell types in total. Also, can compositional analysis tools like scCODA be used here? Thanks!!!
