Come join Tufts University's Department of Biology as we build out a new bioinformatics specialization within our Biology MS program!

We aim to introduce students with undergraduate biology training, but without prior coding or computational experience, to core bioinformatics concepts and tools through didactic coursework and hands-on learning. We hope to prepare them for careers in academia, industry, government, non-profits, and related sectors.

We are hiring a part-time lecturer in bioinformatics to teach up to 3 courses in this program: Biostatistics for Bioinformatics (in R); Introduction to Bioinformatics; and an elective aligned with the candidate's expertise.
