We’re excited to announce the 2026 Genome Assembly & Annotation course, held online, 9–13 March 2026. This hands-on course will guide participants through de novo genome assembly and annotation, using Illumina, PacBio, and Oxford Nanopore sequencing, scaffolding methods (Hi-C, optical mapping), quality control, and manual curation.
