Hi everyone, the .KO files (Kegg orthologies) associated with Metagenomes on IMG don't have any headers. I was able to guess at a few such as the project-specific id, KO, e values, length (nucleotide/amino acid??), but the rest I'm not so sure. I've seen this question asked on the IMG forum, but it hasn't been answered yet...
