Problem loading 10X RNA-seq data in R: length of Dimnames[[1]] mismatch

Hey guys,

I'm brand new to R and trying to install some RNAseq data.

When trying to run the code I am presented with this message - any ideas of what to do?

Error in fixupDN.if.valid(value, x@Dim) : length of Dimnames[[1]] (54774) is not equal to Dim[1] (54773)

Also, the files I have downloaded (from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE127465) won't let me unzip them / open them on my mac. Is this a problem?

Please include a minimal, reproducible example that includes the code you are running. For illustration, compare this post from around the same time to yours. As for opening the files at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE127465 , can you please specify one of them that you are having trouble with? I see in the list there under 'Supplementary file' one that is a .tar and the others are .gz.
