Tool: Viral Vector Analyzer - Free Web Tool for AAV/Lentivirus/Adenovirus Analysis
In my free time I have developed a free browser based tool for gene therapy vector analysis. The Browser tool does not require any installation or login. it currently features:
- Auto-detects AAV, Lentivirus, and Adenovirus vectors
- Identifies ITRs, LTRs, promoters, polyA signals, WPRE, packaging elements
- GC content and ORF detection
- Mutation analysis using Needleman-Wunsch sequence alignment
- Detects silent, missense, nonsense, frameshift mutations
- Built-in reference genes: SMN1, CFTR, DMD, F8, F9, GBA, RPE65
