Verdanta.tech is a curated plant (bell pepper, Capsicum annuum) RNASeq database.

The Verdanta portal enables an interactive, web-based search of curated data, currently comprising about 60 studies (the best of the 200 available for this species). It provides precomputed gene-expression data (CSV and Parquet) and quality-control plots. Search can be efficiently scoped using multiple curated ontology trees that can select either experiments from a single study (some studies contain hundreds of treatments, many of which may not be relevant) or experiments from multiple studies.

Data are precomputed with Salmon pipeline, which is documented. You can download the sample dataset for study SRP265240 here free of charge and without registration.

Access is free for everyone with an academic email address; otherwise, contact us to request access if you believe you qualify. You can also view the server without logging in here, but this only provides access to a limited dataset comprising only a few studies.
