Common motif sequence from HOMER, MEME

Hello! is there any one who know's how we can find out the common consensus motif region from a list of HOMER identfied sequences and MEME analysis.. Thank You

There is a tool called Tomtom, and the original paper is here.

I've not used it, but the online version seems you can only compare input vs databases, but I suspect the CLI version will permit comparison between datasets (this is a use case I've seen in papers, e.g., 1).

You can also inspect the motifs identified yourself, but don't only compare sequences, also take into account the positional weighting.

dthorbur Thank You! I utilized TOMTOM via the command line to identify overlapping motif sequences between those detected by HOMER and MEME. The analysis produced an output file containing statistically significant sequences that were shared across both tools.
