This 4-day course provides a hands-on introduction to analyzing full-length, native RNA molecules using the latest RNA004 chemistry. You’ll learn to:

• Perform quality control and transcript quantification

• Map reads and discover isoforms

• Measure polyA-tail lengths and detect RNA modifications (including m6A)

• Analyze your own data or datasets provided by us
