When preparing figures for publication or presentation, I often find myself needing inspiration for how to best display complex biological data. This usually involves a time-consuming search through papers to find high-quality examples of specific plots like volcano plots, complex heatmaps, or UMAPs.

To streamline this process, I developed Plottie.art, a free web-based tool designed to serve as a comprehensive resource for scientific visualization. The site is a searchable library containing over 100k figures curated from open-access literature.

Key Features:

• Direct Source Linking: Each plot is linked directly back to its source publication, allowing you to examine the scientific context and corresponding methods.
