Minimum number of samples for multi-omics data integration
Hi!
I am new to multi-omics data integration. I want to know what should be the minimum number of samples (with 2 omics and clinical data, meta data) for integration?
I am also going to apply ML algorithms on integrated data to find biomarkers.
How one should some up with this before doing the integration? I am planning to set the sample size before sample collection.
