How can I use mcmcglmm to calculate whether two traits are correlated?
Hello,everyone, For example, I have a lot of bird data on flight ability (assumed to be a discrete trait) and wing traits (assumed to be a discrete trait, not a binary shape), and they are on the same phylogenetic tree. I want to conduct a correlation analysis between the two while considering the phylogenetic relationship, that is, whether strong flight ability is related to a certain wing shape. Thanks everyone
