Why is the IC50 of the low-risk group always lower than that of the high-risk group?
Hello everyone, I used the OncoPredict package to screen for drug sensitivity. Why is it that, in cases with significant results, the IC50 of the low-risk group is always lower than that of the high-risk group? Out of 198 drugs, I didn’t find a single opposite case. Where is the problem? Or is this just how my data is?
