Variant Prioritization Tool for Mouse Transcriptome
hello, i am currently doing a variant analysis from mouse RNA-seq data. After annotation, I obtained many variants even with filtering. What tool/s can I use for variant prioritization for my data in relation to ADHD/hyperactivity? Most tools or scoring tools seem to only accommodate human data.
