Does anyone know the best/easiest way to download multiple structures at once from the AlphaFold database (https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/)?

As I predominantly deal with locus tags which are not necessarily the same as those in the published genomes, it would be easiest for me to go off a sequence based query if that's possible.

I can see there's an API which exposes UniProt and other qualifiers but I don't necessarily have these without adding in some extra steps.

If its possible to take e.g. a multifasta and just query each sequence in turn that would be ideal?
