Difficulty Finding LRR SD and BAF Drift in GenomeStudio 2.0
Hello everyone, I need some help with GenomeStudio: where I could find the Log R ratio Standard Deviation (LRR SD) and B allele Frequency Drift (BAF Drift). I have followed the standard procedure to compute CNV metrics:
- Analysis --> Reports --> Compute CN Metrics -- Gnerated CN Metrics Report
- Exported the CNV analysis data and checked multiple report files for LRR SD and BAF Drift
Despite these steps, I am unable to find the LRR SD and BAF Drift values in the GenomeStudio output. How could I find the values within GenomeStudio?
