Seeking Tool for Transcription Factor Motif Enrichment Analysis on RRBS Dataset
Hello Biostars community,
I am currently working with a Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) dataset and need to perform transcription factor motif enrichment analysis. While I have come across tools like HOMER, which are often recommended for ChIP-seq data, I am unsure if they are suitable for RRBS data.
Could anyone recommend an appropriate tool or pipeline specifically tailored for motif enrichment analysis in RRBS datasets?
