Using RunAzimuth with pbmcref on mouse data
I was wondering if it makes sense to use the Azimuth reference data from pbmcref( link here). would it be possible to annotate the cluster from a scRNA-Seq of the mouse using those human annotations?
I'm looking for a good reference data set mainly for (myeloid) dendritic cells to annotate my clusters, but can't find any. Would appreciate the help.
