Inflammatory genes identification
Greetings,
How can I identify inflammatory genes for a certain organ e.g. liver,
What I wanna do is to study inflammatory genes RNA seq background and do some analysis, and I am not sure how to do so for example using MSigDB, as I extracted some genes but I want to be sure that I am correct,
