Similar tools to visualize pileup of long-read alignments to a STR locus
Hello everyone,
I would like to ask if someone knows of tools similar to GraphAlignmentViewer or REViewer but for long-reads, specifically, Oxford Nanopore Technologies reads?
In summary, these tools extract reads from the BAM file and graphically display the reads so the analyst can assess the number of STR repeats.
I tried to use the TRGT/TRVZ tools, but since it was designed for PacBio reads, I had limited success, it worked for some loci, but failed for others. I did some search, but did not find other tools. Thank you for your attention.
