Hi there everyone, I'm a beginner bioinformatician would like to humbly ask.

I have done some preliminary reading from research paper and this forum. I have succesfully annotated my plasmid using Bakta, and Plasmapper to visualise my plasmid. However, I have not yet found a software to determine the origin of replication for my plasmid. May I know how to do so?

Also, if my plasmid have a lot of prophages sequences. Does it mean that Gene transfer event have occured?
