GC content files download
Hi everyone,
I have to do bias correction in my RNA transcript file of the nematode species. For that I need GC content information of all genes of that nematode species. Please suggest me a database or any other sources to get this GC content information.

You can start here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/taxonomy/6231/
Download the kind of sequence you want (genomic, mRNA etc) and then calculate the GC content.
