Tools for assembling Plasmid Genome
Hi,
I have three illumina-sequenced plasmid samples, which should be assembled. I have triend assembly with normal SPAdes and also with plasmidSPAdes. plasmidSPAdes gave assembly for only one sample, whereas SPAdes gave assembly for all the samples. However I am unable to obtain the required output. The expected plasmid size is about 3 to 10 kb.
Are there any other tool for doing the process?
Please suggest.

Hi, I am expecting an assembly with required genome size. But, I am getting too many contigs with smaller size and the BLAST is hitting against different genomes.
