Thanks! I've reached out to a few so I'll see what they say!
Hi all,
I have a gene that we are looking at sequencing in a couple of hundred patients. Do any of you have recommendations for companies that do high quality targeted sequencing? Either for a single gene or for multiple. I want to make sure that the coverage is excellent as I can't risk having bad quality data.
Thanks,
Amy

Check with the usual suspects. You could either make up a custom panel or use one of the offered panels.

Eurofins: https://eurofinsgenomics.eu/en/eurofins-genomics/material-and-methods/targeted-sequencing/

Or use one of the kits in your own lab:

We've found that Psomagen has fewer sequencing errors compared to Azenta/GeneWiz: Psomagen Targeted Sequencing
Oo thank you, I'll have a look into them!
