Package to design fragment tiling library
Hello all,
I am looking for an easy way to design a panel of peptide fragments based on human peptidome with a certain legnth (eg. 9mer) and some aminoacid overlap (eg 3 aa overlap) between fragments. Is there an R or Python package to do exactly that, possibly based on Uniprot sequences?
