Hi everyone,

I have 472 WSIs of different patients and I extracted features after I diverted them into seperate tiles. I have 1024 features for every tile and what I want is a method for pooling this tiles into one patient so that now every patient will have 1024 features. I tried SAMPLER and mean pooling but I am unable to use methods like transMIL because I am only using cancer samples.

My question is: What are tools, methods, or models that can remerge this tiles into one patient without requiring different categories of samples?
