ROSE analysis is empty
I am trying to do ROSE analysis using H3K27ac data. After running the analysis, I am not getting any data. The folders are empty and I am not sure what has happened. I am making sue the files are in the right format and I am using sorted BAM file. Did anyone had this kind of experience before? Any help and lead will be appreciated.
