I've got a simple question here. In my lab, we run various capture-based NGS panels for somatic variant detection. I'm curious what the typical PCR Duplicate rate should be for such panels. Obviously its a range, but I've mostly seen discussion of this in the context of RNA-seq. Does anyone have any experience with this, and can you share a ballpark figure for what we should be expecting?
